More heavy rain on N4 near Pretoria and near Petrusburg. Then, overload trucks transport windmill blades through the town of Piet Retief. Lovely sunny day at the main Beach of Jeffreys Bay. Aeroplane taxiing for takeoff at Axella Aeronautical Engineering in Potchefstroom. We drive the Kaaimans River Pass and watch a windsurfer on land at Mossel Bay. We then fly from OR Tambi International Airport to King Shaka in Durban, and we will show you several more places across South Africa today.

Today, severe thunderstorms are predicted over the central and western regions of the Free State. These storms may bring heavy rainfall, leading to localized flooding in vulnerable low-lying areas and potential damage to roads, bridges, and property. A yellow Level 1 Warning for the northern regions of the Eastern Cape are also expected to experience severe thunderstorms accompanied by heavy downpours. This may result in localized flooding and damage to infrastructure. Then, a fire danger warning will be issued as extremely high fire danger conditions are anticipated across various parts of the Western Cape Province, except the extreme southeast. Additionally, similar conditions are noted for the western regions of the Northern Cape and the Limpopo Province.
